In between the recent flash flood warnings and severe thunderstorm alerts, I managed to ride part of the Boulder Koppenberg race course.  All that precipitation has left the dirt road portions in near-perfect condition.  The hero dirt didn’t make the climb’s 17% grade any less painful, but traction was absolutely phenomenal.
